CAMSRep approached us to drive app usage among its 70 Lakh user base by designing and developing an email marketing campaign for Bima Central, a digital platform that centralizes insurance management. The platform allows users to digitally store, access, and renew their motor, health, and life insurance policies in one place, addressing the common pain point that insurance management is cumbersome.
Insights
Our research explored Bima Central’s unique value proposition and competitive landscape to understand the design language and communication styles prevalent in the financial services market. We investigated effective subject line and messaging strategies to engage users aged 30-60, identifying what motivates engagement in this demographic when interacting with financial services content.
Solution
We developed a clean, straightforward email campaign that resonated with the target audience while maintaining financial industry standards. The design utilized Bima Central’s existing color palette with clean lines and uncluttered layouts. We crafted compelling subject lines paired with concise headlines that communicated core messages at a glance. Each email directly addressed the user and quickly transitioned to the central message, accompanied by clear calls-to-action. The campaign effectively positioned Bima Central as the solution to insurance management hassles, emphasizing convenience, organization, and stress-free claims processing.
