The Multisteer name limited their vision for growth into broader aspects of the marine industry. They needed a complete rebrand that would position them globally while communicating their commitment to creating delightful boating experiences.

Our comprehensive competitor analysis revealed an opportunity to distinguish Multisteer in the marine market through a disruptor brand archetype. We conducted deep competitor analysis, understanding their positioning in the market and unraveling a cavity that could potentially be filled. This positioning aligned perfectly with the brand’s focus on innovation and design-led solutions. 

 

Solution

We created Glydus – a name evoking smooth, delightful boating experiences. Paired with the tagline “Steer the waves,” it positions the brand as facilitating harmony with water rather than fighting against it. This versatile identity supports expansion across marine sectors while maintaining their core promise of giving boaters the true delight of manoeuvring the waters.

The new identity embodies courage, confidence and innovation through a bold visual language. A striking color palette of black (leadership), sea green (innovation), and yellow (optimism) creates a distinctive, fearless aesthetic that resonates with audiences seeking authenticity and progressive solutions. This comprehensive rebrand was implemented across all digital and physical brand touchpoints.
