Brief: Email Marketing Campaign for Digital Insurance Management

CAMSRep partnered with Narrative to drive app adoption for Bima Central, a centralized insurance management platform designed to simplify the way users handle their motor, health, and life insurance policies. With a user base of over 70 lakh, the goal was to create an impactful email marketing campaign that encouraged usage and showcased Bima Central as a reliable digital insurance solution.

 

Insight

Insurance is often perceived as complex and time-consuming. Our user research revealed that policyholders aged 30–60 valued simplicity, security, and clarity above all. They were most responsive to content that cut through the jargon and helped them take control of their insurance policy management with ease. We also studied the email design best practices within the financial services domain to shape the messaging and aesthetic for maximum impact.

 

Problem

Despite the platform’s powerful features, low awareness and lack of proactive communication limited user adoption. The challenge was to design a campaign that could:

  • Cut through inbox clutter
  • Appeal to a varied demographic
  • Clearly communicate the value of centralized insurance management
  • Drive measurable engagement and action

 

Solution

We designed a series of clean, purposeful emails that spoke directly to the user—highlighting the core benefits of the platform such as stress-free policy access, renewal reminders, and organized document storage.

The email marketing designs were rooted in simplicity:

  • Sharp typography and whitespace for easy readability
  • Brand-consistent color palette for visual trust
  • Concise copy that communicated value instantly
  • Personalized subject lines and benefit-driven headlines
