Brief: Global Investors Meet — Repositioning Karnataka as a Future-Forward Economy

Narrative was commissioned by the Invest Karnataka Forum to shape the overarching communication and campaign strategy for Invest Karnataka 2025, the state’s flagship Global Investors Meet. The brief was clear—position Karnataka as a global thought-leader and innovation hub, while showcasing its commitment to future-ready, inclusive growth that appeals to investors, policy-makers, and visionaries worldwide.

In our deep-dive research on global investment landscapes and economic narratives, a singular truth emerged—growth is evolving. It’s no longer measured solely in profits and outputs but in sustainability, resilience, and collective progress. This insight laid the foundation for a new narrative: a shift from traditional metrics to a more holistic, purpose-driven understanding of progress.

 

Problem

While Karnataka has long been a pioneer in tech, innovation, and policy leadership, its global perception often lagged behind its true potential. The challenge was to reframe the narrative—not just as another economic summit, but as a platform redefining economic growth strategies for the new world. We needed to create messaging that was globally resonant yet locally rooted.
