Led the transformation of an established Indian banking and fintech organisation into a globally relevant brand.
The challenge
Aurionpro’s rapid expansion into new categories and its growing portfolio of acquisitions created a fragmented brand landscape. As multiple entities continued to communicate independently, inconsistencies emerged in the way the brand looked, sounded and presented its offerings across touchpoints. Without a unified brand narrative, Aurionpro struggled to articulate what connected its diverse businesses and the larger value it delivered. This made it difficult for customers and stakeholders to form a clear, consistent understanding of what Aurionpro stood for and how it was differentiated in the market.
What we did
We defined Aurionpro’s brand core to uncover the central idea that unites its diverse capabilities, then translated it into a compelling brand story and a clear shift in market perception. In parallel, we developed a robust brand architecture that established Aurionpro as the parent brand, creating a more coherent relationship between the corporate brand, its businesses and its offerings.
The identity
Twelve months later
“We grew very fast. Many business verticals and acquired companies, all were talking in a different language. We needed a brand consultant who could help in setting right brand architecture and create future ready brand. Narrative did deliver on what they promised.”
Most of our projects start with a call about what isn't landing. Bring the deck, the site, the complaint from sales.
