Through rigorous research and in-depth stakeholder interviews, we developed a clear brand strategy that transformed a precision manufacturing organisation into a forward looking design and technology enterprise.
The challenge
The organisation was known for its precision manufacturing capabilities among its clients. However, it was undergoing a significant transformation—one driven by innovation, design and technology, and guided by an ambition to expand from the Indian market to the global stage.
Its existing brand no longer reflected this evolving vision, expanded capability or international ambition. A new brand was therefore needed to align with the organisation’s purpose, communicate its transformation and position it as a forward-looking design and technology organisation for global markets. This reflects a broader shift in precision manufacturing, where companies are moving beyond production to become integrated design, engineering and technology partners.
What we did
We gave the organisation a new name—Naxnova—and defined its purpose through a clear brand strategy. We then articulated its ambition through the brand promise “Imagine. It’s Possible.”
The new brand positions Naxnova as a design- and technology-led organisation that partners with global leaders, leads through innovation and transforms ambitious ideas into solutions ahead of their time. It moves the organisation beyond its legacy as a precision manufacturer, presenting it as a forward-looking partner that unlocks new possibilities through design, technology and human-centric innovation
The identity
Twelve months later
“This rebranding was very important for our organization. We wanted to work with someone who could understand our vision and create brand strategy keeping future progression. Narrative delivered on their promise.”
Most of our projects start with a call about what isn't landing. Bring the deck, the site, the complaint from sales.
